Price includes accommodation for two adults, all electricity and central heating, bed linen and towels. For more than two adults there is a sofa bed in the lounge, for which a £10 per night supplement is payable.

Your holiday runs from either 3pm on a Friday or Monday to 10am the following Friday or Monday.
Short Breaks
Your weekend mini break can run from 3pm on a Friday to 10am on the following Monday. If you are looking for a mid week break, this will run from 3pm on Monday to 10am on the following Friday.
Low Season
January - March, November & December
Mid Season
April & May, end September & October
High Season
June - mid September plus bank holiday weekends, Christmas and Easter periods.
Terms & conditions
A £50 non refundable deposite will be required on booking, outstanding balance is required 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your booking after the full balance has been paid, your monies will only be refunded if we are able to re let the cottage.
